ADJ button crashes GRD with 2.40

Quite often when I push the ADJ button and wheel around to change my quick settings, when I hit OK on my new setting or hit ADJ to exit the camera will crash (either locks up so not responsive, or screen goes black, lens stuck out) and I have to turn it back on. Anyone else seeing this??

My ADJ menu is ISO - WHT BAL - FOCUS - IMG SET

I just tried clearing out all the ADJ SETTINGS to OFF so the button does nothing

Still when I press ADJ even though no menu comes out, the LCD gets really slow/jerky and the camera is unresponsive

Very annoying

Weird, after I cleared the menus and turning the camera on and off a few times now the ADJ button is fine. I turned back on the menus for ISO and WB and so far its ok. Hope it continues to work.

The problem seems to disappear when the camera gets warm by lying in the sun or being used. It is very strange but two GRDs taht had this problem were fine after being on a table in the sun for a while.
