These look like oaks to me. Nice to see we are both enjoying all this 'green'. The GX100 is still a force to be reckoned with - I've lost count of how many times I've almost bought one but I don't think I can sneek another camera in to the house at the moment.

Nice pics!
And as far as I'm concerned the GX100 is still a great camera, despite its age.
I've taken mine around the world and brought back some great memories...:-)

I love trees and you captured two very nice specimens. Thank you for sharing with us.

Best regards,
Wolfgang

they are oaks, you got it right blow-in :)

i pas these 2 every day while walking the dog in the fields and i really admire them. they are standing pretty strong in the field and there are n other oaks in the near surroundings. they are pretty old and one has to wonder who put them there :)

the gx100 is a really small and handy camera with great image quality in good light conditions. i will make sure to keep it for the "grab and shoot" situations.. i am still considering if i should get a grd IV or the gxr as the main camera.

some more pictures with the gx100

These are very nice macro shots - great focus and very good colour.
