Here's one of my tulips photo's. First time I saw them with proper attention, and not easy to shoot... so here are two versions that I cannot decide in the end. Colour or BW?



Not ment to compete with Arend's tulip, I couldn't get such a good result as he did with GRDIII, but it was fun after all ;-)

Rui, I would also go for the yellow version. It in fact also is (almost) monochromatic, but the yellow colour is more attracting than the gray. At least for me.

I actually like the black and white one. Seems to have more detail, or maybe it's just my eyes picking out more detail...

Both good, but I like the B&W, somehow it does seem to have more detail as Sandy suggests.

It's very interesting to see people divided by this two versions as I am. Somehow, colour is more pleasant for the eye, but BW shows more of the object... someone said once that "Life is color but the reality is black and white"... or is it the other way around? :roll:
