Hi there,
I am a rather new member of the Ricoh family. I just got myself a GXR + A12 (thanks to xavi99 for his mint sample)
Being a Minolta, I feel right at home. The control layout, the build, even the image aesthetics are very similar, and thats a good thing
The Ricoh (especially the default JPGs) offers smooth pastel like colors, charming contrast and great sharpness, while offering an attractive bokeh (not the brown goo type of 85/1.2 lenses, etc. but still plenty of DoF control).
Glad to feel home again...my D700 feels threatened already
so here we go, I took her out the first time for a walk in the park (Augarten):
and a bit earlier, I was at the Währinger park. On the way home I noticed this...for those who don't speak German..."Freihalten" means "no parking" in this context
thanks for watching
