Of what can be seen on TV from about June 13th - Germany Vs. Australia. Fortunately I got a ticket through a friend.
Photos are DNG processed with Sagelight.

Ukrris,

Nice looking images, there! Good detail, nice colors, and overall (composite) "luminance" looks good! ... :p

It sounds/looks like you are doing good things with Sagelight!

My (only) beef with Sagelight at this point is the "Bilinear" algorithm (only, no other options) that the "Resize" tool uses. As "bilinear" reduces a 2x2 array of pixels to a single pixel, it works well if the "reduction ratio" is at or near 2:1. But, when "reduction ratios" increase upwards beyond 2:1 (towards 4:1 and possibly higher), "bilinear" generates re-sampling artifacts. Even some of the "Bicubic" algorithms (which interpolate a 4x4 array of pixels to a single pixel), such as the one included in my PaintShop Pro 9.01 create visible artifacts that become amplified by subsequent Unsharp masking operations at the (final) target image pixel-size.

I am "lobbying" the Sagelight developer (Rob Nelson) hard to include "Lanczos" (in particular), and perhaps some other useful re-sampling options to Sagelight's "Resize" tools. See:

It's good to see someone working with Sagelight. Please let us know your further thoughts and impressions (and perhaps resulting processed images) from "raw" sources and 16- bit TIF sources!

Good work Kris, I like the first image for its graphic quality. The second image has some good luminance as DM said.
