It has been quite a long time since I have posted anything so I thought I'd pop a few up so you can see the kinds of things I've been up to .
Pretty much searching around for a direction to go off in but am not certain that I need to do that .
I have seen so much great stuff that you all have been posting and it has been very inspirational . Thank you all . It seems truly amazing how many different "looks" there can be that are all still compelling . Our site is amazing , is it not ? I send a particular thanks to Pavel who is apparently the creator of it all and who has been noticeably quiet of late .

Seems to me you have a good handle on things. They are all nice but I'll be ya can't do # 2 again. Nikon and Canon will be hunting you down. Outstanding!

If you look in the Ricoh Bible you will see on page 216 paragraph 27 in very very small print.... Thou shalt not stay away from the home of Ricoh cameras.
Of course it goes without saying that all GRD# users must check in at least every 72 hours.

Keep posting images, they are more then enjoyable to view....

Just the necessary amount of light to keep the details creating a fantastic atmosphere in #2. Nice!
What happens in the sky, though? The left side seems very smooth but the right hand side has much more detail. Is this created by some fog?
Has this been taken with the CV 15?

I love that "Sand Beach" shot!! Where is that exactly, I need to put it on my places-to-visit list.

Interesting set. Every picture of a different sort but I would say it is quite promising material. And yes, I also like #2. The depth is awesome, sky is incredible, composition is perfect, and light just accurate to bring a great mood.

I find these beautiful, each in a special way - they indeed are varied, but they all show a signature, or a keen and honest search for one. Please continue to show, at your own pace.

Thank you all for your comments . It is a bit ironic for me that Sand Beach strikes such a chord with some of you as landscape is not what I am much interested in . That being said the photo was taken across the street from my house the other morning . I was on the back porch having coffee when the light got really beautiful and what is a fella to do if he has a camera and beautiful light but to try to make the most of it . In a way it was too easy to stroll across the road to a obvious place and bang a few . Then it began to pour rain so there was a little price to pay . Yes Albert , that is a fog bank on the left and it was taken using a CV 15 . Good deduction . Where I live June can be solid fog but luckily this year is abnormal . I admit to giving the picture a light brush with "Detail Extractor" but the original is very close to what I have posted .

Jeff, all nice pictures but candlelight is the best.
