A slither of my street in the rain at night.

Tripod, Umbrella, Caplio 500se & Autostitch.

Umbrella. perfect kit. I think wet weather pictures make a refreshing change.
They , like this one, add a bit of sparkle to what would otherwise be a standard shot.
Very nice indeed.

Thanks every one.

Peter: I don't really get the Mandarins thingy ? Is that because of the lighting?

UKTC: There is one other on my Flicker pages. Will post another to show the flooding.

Ripbab: Yes the umbrella is a handy tool. But I want one that you don't have to hold.

Apart from almost being run over by the newspaper guy in his van splashing through the flooding.
The Caplio 500se is not the bestist camera for a lot of things. No aperture control, limited interval, just to name a few.
More than likely I had a wrong setting some where.
My intent was to photograph the flooding that occurs where the bike path crosses the road.

This shows the water across the road.

Exactly. The colouring recalled me that sweet fruit immediately as I like it more than oranges. :)

Went to Flickr site. You've got some pretty interesting industrial landscapes there. I read liked Peeved Leaves (spelling?)

I quite like the first pic Phil. Excellent composition - I like the curves of the intersections. Well done ;) .
