Hi - if anyone has this combo they no longer need after upgrading to the GRDIII then I'm very interested in buying for my GRD II.

Only looking for the GT1 40mm tele adapter now. Any thoughts on the cheapest place to get one if no one has a 2nd hand one for sale?
