Nice shot and a good example of poor English in the sign...'should not' does not mean 'must not'...so if I owned the bicycle I'd just have to say 'I shouldn't have done that should I?'

Indeed! Re-worded, perhaps it should have read 'thou shalt not...under no circumstances...death will surely follow...etc, etc...'
