What US stores can we confirm shipping the GR?

I see that B&H shipped and that kenmore had 8 on ebay (sold out now). Also, Popflash sold out of its stock and says June is the next shipment. I haven't heard of anyone getting anything from Amazon or Adorama. Where did you get your GR from if you were shipped one over the last two days (in the US)?

I got an e-mail from Adorama this morning saying it was still backordered.
 
Adorama emailed me last night confirming shipping.
I should have it today according to the tracking info.
Can't wait :mrgreen:
 
Great. I guess I got scared when I got the backorder notice from Adorama ysterday morning. Perhaps if I waited, then they would have shipped. It's all good. I have one and am already using it. Seems pretty cool so far.

Make sure you post some pics and give us some feedback on your initial impressions.
Provided mine does show up today, I'll be walking around Manhattan, testing it out this weekend for sure.

I think it is popular here, its more a reserved well behaved group here thats all.
Many have the GXR A28 module also so would be hard pressed to justify the GR but would still like one I bet.

Of course you all know I've pre-ordered, many more here may have and not fessed up.
I can see me not wanting another camera for a while. HA! :D :oops:

I think it is popular here, its more a reserved well behaved group here thats all.

I can see that, but it's huge compared to the GR. ;) The GR is the first digital GR worthy of the name. :eek:
 
Just got off with B&H. Backordered and waiting for the supplier before they'll give me an ETA.

Ordered May 6. Hoping to receive by mid June.
 
Does anyone know a reputable place that has the GR in stock in the US?

Also for those "preordering" with B&H, did they give you free shipping? I'm looking at B&H site and they are charging shipping. I remember reading somewhere that people were getting free shipping on the first batch(?) Maybe I remember it wrong?
 
Rob at ProPhoto (AD) in Portland, OR has "few" left as of this morning, (503) 241-1112. I just purchased mine and cancelled Adorama and so I am joining the Ricoh enthusiasts for the first time! Hope this helps someone else who's as psyched to get the GR! Let us know if you score one.
