We see this type of machine very often, what do you call this machine
and what is it used for?

It's a front end loader backhoe, used for construction and earth moving work. My Dad used to have one years ago when I was a young child. He used it on the farm.

Included in the bucket a pneumatic tool probably for busting pavement, a narrow ditch digging tool and third tool I can not make out. The machine is probably used by a local road crew.

I can see only two tools in the bucket, where is the third tool?

The third tool is to the left of the pneumatic tool, you can see the circular holding grip of one side under the pneumatic hose. Costs here without the extra tools range from about 15,000 USD to 50,000 USD depending on age, horsepower etc. If you want to tease auto drivers they are great for hogging the road and going slow. On the other hand you can buy a plastic one for a child for a much more modest sum
