Can you tell what Make and Model car these lights belong to?
I bet someone is familiar with this.

Now that's interesting, but no. It does look like some early Datsuns to me as well now that I look at it.
Not Datsun or Nissan

Looks Italian to me too. My guess is a Ferrari Dino.
