These are my first B&W images taken on a visit to Weston on 1 Sep 2021 - converted to B&W from Tiff using Silver Efex Pro. Apologies for it being image heavy and hope that is ok :)

Great images. Are these all from the GR3 or also from GR3x?

converted to B&W from Tiff using Silver Efex Pro.

Could you please explain the workflow for these images more in detail? Have these images been in RAW or Jpeg vefore you converted them with Silver Efex Pro in B&W? And why did you use TIFF?

Thank you Dirk. All taken with the GR3 - I only ever shoot in Raw (aperture priority normally at f4 with minus 1/3rd EV and auto ISO) and initially process in LR before exporting them as Tiffs as Silver Efex does not like RAW, I then put them into Silver Efex Pro (very old version from Nik) and save them as a converted B&W Tiff before finally running them though Photoshop CS where I save a full size as well as re-sized (2000 pixels at longest edge) JPEG and finally adding a border and signature.
Please ask if you have any more questions, happy to share.
