Against the rules - target right in the centre

I am for breaking photographic rules. They often work for me but I like to see them broken as here.
I think it works well in the center. Its a busy image.

Life proves how surprising it is.
I`ve walked this small street, right next to Jakarta business district, just 4 hours ago, during lunch break. It is the one flooded 2 weeks ago.
And for 3 last hours we have heavy strom here, pouring, and the street is flooded again - must be more than 70cm of water there...
And I look at it from my office window...
