Washington Metro Retrospective

It's been a while since we've lived in the DC area, but the Metro system was a constant in my life; both for getting around and for photographing. It served as a bit of inspiration and a ready subject for my 365 projects. Here's a couple taken with my GR III. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

Really great photos. The first one is my favourite, it "draws" you into the picture. Well done!

Thanks! It's my favorite too, and part of a larger series that involves that specific metro station. Unfortunately those were taken with other cameras, so a little off-topic for here. There's another series that I'm parting out to just GR shots from around DC, so keep an eye out for those here shortly. ;)

A really nice set Ron. I'm coming over from the DPR forums as that site is closing in two weeks. Were these shot RAW and converted or in one of the GR's image control JPEG profiles? How do I find your EXIF info here on GRUF?

I don't think that there's any way to see the EXIF info here; but these were converted from raw in LR CC (and well before the new Ricoh profiles). The EXIF is present in the images that are on my Flickr page, and all of these images are in my Ricoh GR III album.
