Viewing shutter speed

I've read the manual, but haven't been able to locate any information to answer my (probably dumb) question: When in Aperture Priority mode, other than half-pressing the shutter release, is there a way to simultaneously view f-stop and shutter speed? (I know that both are visible when in Manual mode.) TIA advance for any "adult supervision."

I'm afraid, there is no way to display both shutter speed and aperture in A mode. It's because the shutter speed is calculated at a time of pressing/half-pressing the shutter button. In other words, there is no realtime preview/calculation of shutter speed.

Pavel,

Thanks! I assumed as much, but, being new to Ricoh, and knowing what a sophisticated "little" camera it is, I thought I might have missed something. Guess I will just have to shoot in Manual!
