They have a Parade/Steeet Festival for Halloween.

Good shot Lili! I would suggest you to crop it a bit to remove the head in left bottom part and the arm in right part. Then the photo will tell the story about a lonely boy in cafe and the "others" behind the glass. Maybe also a BW conversion would help the "story" a bit?
