Martin's online articles opened the way to exciting timelapse shooting, at a very reasonable cost. I have found the GX200 hardly suffers from flicker, and while it may have been released way back in 2008, its still one of the most versatile compact cameras for timelapse straight out of the box... 12mp RAW files, larger than most sensor, ISO 64, ac adapter available, teleconverters available, and the thing I like the most, ability to shoot bracketed in RAW in timelapse, making stunning, higher dynamic range timelapses easy as 1-2-3...
