Just back from a few weeks traveling with a Ricoh GR, Olympus E-M5 and Leica M7 (film). Of the three cameras, the Ricoh was by far the most used - covering landscapes, street photography and macro.
Some examples:

The fixed wide-angle view is sometimes limiting for the occasional time when I wanted telephoto compression, but the GR is small enough that you can keep it in the hand continuously and only bring out a larger camera when needed.
As an aside, I have been shooting a lot of 35mm film recently, and it is quite astonishing just how good image quality is from any modern digital camera is compared to the best 35mm films.
I really hope that Ricoh continue to update and manufacture such wonderful small cameras.
