I am very impressed by the perspective control. Converging verticals are good.
I like the flat almost mono look. Inclusion of the human at the gate improves it and add a sense of scale.
Nice architectural shot!!

Hi Michael,
thanks for your kind comment! The light as you observe has been very flat these last few weeks but I was interested to try out my new (to me) Voigtländer 35mm so took a few shots on the road home from the museums yesterday.
I had heard a rumour that your were a DPreview poster (but I might have that wrong) but welcome here!

I did pull it straight a little in Silkypix but not much. The 35mm lens works well without distortion so it was not so hard!
The scale of the architecture is breathtaking; a real statment of might, of power.
I would like to have tried a b&w version, but not so easy with Silkypix it seemed...
