Good shot! The only problem I see in not well selected resampling method. With Lancozs you will get much better result 
You can try also the Bilinear method, but then you will most probably have to resharpen it a bit.
Scaling the picture down makes it always a bit soft, so it's always good to add a bit of sharpening after resizing the photo. But Bilinear is especially soft resampling method.
