Ooooh I do love my stereo 3D photography , Did you do a side shift to capture this or screw a stereo adaptor to the front of camera ?

Second image works for me as a cross eye . Total 3D

I did cha-cha (handheld)
First the left picture, then move the camera a few centimeters to the right for the second picture
 
Very effective! The cross-eye image has great depth and detail.
I'm impressed that you shot them hand held. Did you do any post processing alignment and cropping?
