Sleepy bee

This fellow flew into my window this evening. The light was fading but i tried to get a few shots of him before he disappeared. They came out a little soft. I think perhaps I used the wrong aperture for such a small subject. Still, it's nice to have someone come and pose for you.

Although I like the pose from the first one a bit more, the second one looks better. I agree that a bit higher aperture number would improve the sharpness. Maybe if you process the DNG, you can extract a bit more details?

Love these. They just make me smile. A smaller aperture would have been a little better but when you have a guest posing, who wants to fiddle with dials!
