Set time - exactly incl. seconds

I just realized when I tried to set time it offers only hours:minutes. Did I miss anything? Any idea how to set the seconds?
I am looking for it as I plan to take some more landscape pictures for my next holidays. And it is not always simple to keep the place in mind.
So as more precise the timestamp is.....

thx in advance

I'm afraid, there is no way to set the time in seconds. But in my opinion, once you press the OK button to confirm your set date/time, the time is set to hh:mm:00. In other words, if you for example set the time to 13:51 and then you press OK, the time is immediately set to 13:51:00. This should solve your problem ;)

Pavel's suggestion is a good one, but I would think you'd need to check the time accuracy periodically. I find many quartz controlled clocks will drift 15 sec or so every month. How good the clock on the GXR is interesting question. I think I till test my GRD!

Thx - that was one option I am thinking of. I will try.

Yep - still unbelievable this hasn't changed yet. That is a hint you always get, when reading about geotagging for pictures.
