[WTB] Searching for a defect GRD3 or 2

hey there,
i'm searching for a defect GRD3 or maybe 2. my lcd was broken so i swaped it, but my repairing wasn't as effective as i thought.
i killed the back-control-unit-thing, by cutting a cable. there is picture in the attachment. does anybody got this kind of unit or
maybe a broken camera for selling?

Hi martenbrosch and welcome here! I seriously doubt the GRDII part you are looking for is compatible with the GRDIII! GRDIII got larger LCD than the GRDII and so the GRDIII button layout (and the control part) is most probably different. So you definitely need to get the GRDIII part.

BTW, try to ask the criscam folks (http://www.criscam.com). Maybe they can sell you this part? You can't loose anything by asking them

Makes me wonder if we should compile a list of Official and Non-Official world wide Ricoh service centers. Make it some kind of sticky.
We have Japan of course, Criscam USA, Ricoh in Germany etc. Ricoh do have a presence in Australia as well. Maybe some contact details, email addresses also would help?

so i just called the ricoh services center germany, they told me, that there is a service-partner called CONVAR, who does all the repairjobs.
after a call with CONVAR, which says, that they have nothing to do with parts, they just repair things -.- they gave me the number from the ricoh services center germany. circle of dead

looks like hard work to get this part!

really need to find a defect grd3
