Roma Caput Mundi

Gab

New Member
As anticipated in my previous "Night walk in Rome", here are some pictures taken from an old project called "Roma Caput Mundi", a sort of photographic book on Foro Romano and Altare della Patria (out Unknown Soldier Monument). I just picked some pictures and I dedicate them to all of them that have never been in the "Eternal City" ... ;)

WOW! Thank you very much for these pictures (and the dedication) :D . I cannot choose a favourite - they are all spectacular! Great job indeed ;) .

David, thank you for your comment... Of course Rome is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and the ones I presented are two of the most beautiful places in Rome.

Gab, thank you for making a virtual Rome tour for us in this and the other thread. Both the day and night shots are full of history and its magic. Reading Dan Brown's Angels and Demons might be a good idea now. :)

Athena, Genster, thank you very much for your comments, I'm happy that you like them...
