R6 Blurred pictures problem...

New Member
I purchased the R6 a few months ago. I know I haven't got round to learning all the functions but I just wondered if any of you knew why nearly every single picture I take is blurred. It doesnt matter what kind of lighting or if the flash is on or off, I have all the funtions on Auto, I have also tried it in manual.
If I rest the camera on something then this is fine, its only when I hold it and I really don't think I am that shaky :) .

Any suggestions for things to look for I would be grateful, hopefully its not a problem with the camera just its operator,

Cheers,

Welcome to the forum Goldie31, it would really be a great help for us to see the pictures you have taken with
no flash and those with flash. Give us more details like the shutter speed used, aperture and IS0 setting especially
those pictures taken when the camera is resting on something.

Have you got all pictures blurred during these few months when you are hand holding the camera?

Not sure but could it be that you have 'Time exposure' activated?
This will limit the shutterspeed so could be a reason for this. Also worth trying would be to turn the IS system off and see if you still have blurry shots. Maybe it's not calibrated properly.
But a few example pictures with EXIF information would be best for further advice.
