Quick-action rain-proof bag for Ricoh GR?

Hi

Is there a bag for the Ricoh GR which lets me take quick shots, but is still rain-proof?

Currently my beloved GR is in a Canon PowerShot bag, but until I open the zipper and pull the camera, the action is often long gone.
