Tim, sometimes I think what I do is a crap, sometimes I try to make a crap into art. Just be happy that I dont put a gilded carved frames around the picts like those hanging in Louvre. Sometimes I think the black frame makes the color stand out. Sometimes I´m just in a bit of mournfull mood.
Your crap is still better than my crap....keep it coming! I liked the upside-down car in the other thread. Your stuff has character, or at least the character has some stuff to show....
Thanks quester, you see the problem is with me that I generally quite relaxed about my picts but sometimes I´m too critical with myself which can be both paralizing and ennerving at the same time. But, I`ll keep shooting on, it became a habit and kind of addiction. A photo junkie, that´s what I´m, one might say, looking for relieve. As I said, mostly I don`t know what I`m looking for until I see it. Stanislaw
The framing does not bother me as I always put a frame around my images, I was always taught when studying that when your image is ready for display a nice frame can compliment the image by adding depth, it also tends to demonstarte the finality of the diplayed image.
They are very subjective and there will always be a mix of some who like frames and some who do not but that is in the yees of the individual beholder.
