Sorry for the camera mix-up , but sometimes I just feel to post a set of pictures that go along even if made with different cams. Most important is that the brand is the same. As to GXR, it seems that all I can say is- maybe GXR is dead but for sure long live GXR! The king of black and white. Together with its mighty queen GR .

nice set,

I particularly like the fist punch one - actually had a double take to check you weren't actually David Bailey ;)

The last one also has something about it, I can't put into words - but I appreciate it.

Thanks a lot friends.
autochrome- I have yet to try RAW but even JPG are more then good enough for me. Being mostly B/W shooter I`m satisfied. Color is different matter, to get most of it one should use RAW, I guess.
iaeaix- that`s true. Unfortunately I knocked couple times the lens disabling its macro function which is a minor pity but still. It`s not called macro for nothing. I copied slides with it. Edge to edge sharpness. I`m so fond of it, that should I have chance to get another fully functioning for small change, I`d get it.
dancook- as to David Bailey, the age might be the same, fame and beautifull women of the life definitely not. ;)
christian- nr.6 should be blow-up to see the details of sleeping chaps. In fact, it`s for time being is land of milk and honey for them, . Reasonable tolerant country, free charity food, nice weather to sleep outside, and picking up the beer bottles and cans earns them more then manual work in Romania from where they come from, being Romas at that.

As I said once, I`m a bit aimless chasseur dìmages but I discovered that`s very hard to make just a picture telling something general about complex human condition with its joys, tragedies, absurdities and clarity and confusion. That`s why I try now to compose a set of pictures that together leave you with wondering feeling. You were talking about nr.6. Well, it`s not accidence that I put nr.5 before it. If displayed side by side they would amount to a granddaddy reading goodnight story to chaps sleeping under tree. It`s a bit diffy to explain but if I say that I´m fond of Surrealism and Fluxus, that might help. Stanislaw

I also like the one with the guys under the tree. A nudging dissonance. Also, I always prefer anonymity in these types of shots.
I understand what you are saying about the connection between the photos - the way that the photos are displayed on the forum is not too conducive to this. You could probably do a side-by-side PP and post them like that (maybe it's called "auction" layout?)
