Here`s the newest Ricoh GRD V nickname Fantom. Well, Ricoh pulled all the tricks and left competition way behind. First black model then white one and finally, The very first INVISIBLE camera!. A DREAM for the streetshooters. NOW you can shoot the stuff in situations you only dreamt about. You can be the fly on the wall. You can record ugly al-qaidas without having your head cut off. Not talking about moneyed papparazzi scoops. Well done RICOH.

I can't see how an invisible GRD could work, light rays would pass through the sensor. All the pics would be black. :? :? :lol:

Nope! According to my secret resources, this is just the Stealth technology applied to human vision. You just have to remember where you left the camera, or activate the remotely-controlled beep sound which will be available as an extra option for this model (for those who tend to forget where they left something). :lol:

I emailed Ricoh directly and asked if there was to be a GR Digital V this year as there was no point me upgrading from III to IV if there was.

Ricoh have always been great and replied swiftly to every email question I've posted.

They didn't reply to this one....
