Hello!
I'm a new GRD III user and I am really excited about this camera. I've been wanting to shoot more and although I have a great Nikon (D60), which I love... I wanted something smaller, less cumbersome, etc.
This will let me shoot more and more often, because it will be with me all the time.
I read so many favorable reviews of the GRD and shot my first photos yesterday, which I hope to post later on today.
If there is a post about the best way to upload, etc, I'd really appreciate if someone can point this out to me.
In real life, I'm a writer and direct-marketing consultant. I also consult in a variety of industries and have published a number of other marketing and copywriting programs.
I live just outside of Tampa, Florida in a small former citrus town called Lutz (rhymes with 'boots') with my wife and our 3 kids (2 boys, 21 and 19, and an 11 year old girl). Besides photography, I enjoy music, working out, reading, bass fishing, traveling, and business.
I hope to be able to get more involved here as time goes on. Thanks for listening and thanks for your feedback and help! Craig
