The camera looks o.k. to me, excluding the 'sealing strip' (?)
It's a 35mm half frame camera. If I'm right, the "2-series" is first introduced in 1976.
I now have (only) 14 Rico cameras: http://www.genster.nl/Cameras/Ricoh/ricoh.html
My Ricohs (except the GXR of course) are stored in a box on my loft . My Prakticas are installed in a cabinet in the living room (sorry)
I don't know what "wind up" exactly is (sorry), but I think it is one indeed :?

I have never tried a half frame before, but I hope i can fix this camera (the sealing strip) and use it someday
