My new Leitax converted Leica 80mm Summilux

I just converted my Leica 80mm Summilux to fit my Nikon D700 and this is what I have shot so far. This lens is incredible. It offers such a unique character foot print, that I love how all my images look. At 1.4 you can see how beautiful the depth of field is. And of course as you stop down it just gets super sharp. I know that Leica Lenses are super expensive but I feel that their performance warrants some consideration.

Looks great. That focal length suites you very well.
It's not just the sharpness of Leica glass, it's the controlled contrast.
Look at the subtle seperation of tones. That's what Leica glass does better then any other.

Agreed Sharpshooter.... I feel that as I look at the images there is a distinct feel and contextual look to the images that I never got with my NIkkor lenses. Thanks for the kind words.
