That is a genuine worn out JCII PASSED JMDC sticker from the early 1960's.
The ink is gone but you can just read the embossing.
The camera has a little ding but appears to be functional.
It will need to have the light seals replaced as with all 60s cameras from Japan.
I also picked up a set of wide / telephoto lenses for a Sears SL-9
The Sears SL-9 is the same camera by Ricoh.
