After seeing so many good macro-photos in this forum I have also begun to use my gx100 for macros. Here is one picture taken while we were out collecting mushrooms, althought the species in the picture is non-edible.

Of course, the fungi season starts earlier up north. Within some weeks we too can take pictures of mushrooms.

Nice photo! Did you find some edible mushrooms? I like collecting mushrooms. Unfortunately, we got no or very little rain in the past weeks so the mushrooms are not growing as good as always in this part of the year. But I still hope for good fungi season later this year. Here is one of my rare finds this year...

Thank you for your comments. Yes, we did find some edible also. It has been rather rainy the last couple of weeks so there is plenty of mushrooms here.
