Quite hard to produce something original in case of such an attraction visited and photographed by millions of people every year.
Nevertheless, take greeting from under the tallest bicycle wheel in the western hemisphere.
Your kind words are much appreciated men.
What I like about the scene is that the brain can be fooled to see the wheel (f)lying in a horizontal plane rather than vertical when ignoring both bottom corners say via focusing on the wheel axis. The viewer then does not know which side is up.
Thank you, Tim.
As about the composition matter, the photo only was a bit cut from bottom to get rid of a plastic roof completely and from left to get the scene symmetrical if I can remember correctly.
All the remaining magic was achieved by using pretty wide glass - 15mm (35mm equiv.). Lying on the ground would allow me to go even wider, but the abstract essence would be gone then I am afraid.
