Lightroom Denoise not working on GR3

Does anyone know what Ricoh is doing to fix the problem that prevents Lightrooms excellent Denoise feature working on their files?
On August 17th an Adobe rep claimed it was the camera maker that needed to do some work.

I'm a new GRIIIx owner and use LR Classic. It's still not working to this day. I hope there will be a patch soon.
