Perfectly shot, how did you get so close without it moving? I don't know what those out-of-focus dots on the plank under the frog's head are, but they add something nice to the photo.

I thought my back was bad. Very nice isolation of the subject. Is it me, or are all frogs grumpy looking like my mum..

The frog was pretty calm and i have cropped it as well.
The little dots are parts of leafs or something simillar.

Off the cuff, see something, quick grab. Great macro (or sub macro) as well

Nice catch. Be carefull with african bullfrog, I`ve seen photos of it swallowing the rat! Could snatch your super GR in a jiffy. :lol:

Yeah i will watch out for african bullfrog. I live in Sweden and animal wise its pretty safe.

Great work, Daniel. I like the shot also. A great use of shallow DOF combined with perfectly hit focusing distance.
