Hello friends,
It is a long time I don't post on this mighty forum, in particular since I bought my Fujifilm X100... Since I miss you all and the forum, I decided to visit again and post some recent picture from my last travel in Japan. They are taken with the X100 and are all personally interpreted with Snapseed.
A great embrace to all the ricohnauts that are maintaining live the forum and to all the old friend with which shared with me their great pictures.

Hi Gab, nice to see some of your work.
Its a very soft look in the processing.
#3 & # 5 are my favs.

Hi Gab, very nice to hear from you again! Hope you are enjoying the sights, from the photos it looks like you are...
I like #5, and the PP in all is quite appealing.
Will you be back home for Easter?

Hello Guys,
thank you for your words and happy you like my pics.
I explored this new pp, using a "foggy" filter to give some softness to the pictures. I like the dreamy sensation that I can have with this filter which, by the way, is in Snapseed. They are relly close to my concept of Japan.

@ Quester: I was lucky to stay at home with my family for more than one month and half, but now I started to travel again (by the way, I'm in Piemonte now, which if I remember well is a place you know). I will have many travels until the year end, but this year they will be mainly in Europe and just a few of them oversea. So I will have the chance to be at home more or less all the weekends... Anyway I managed to be at home during Easter... ;)

So, even if I'm no longer using a Ricoh, and since I think that in this forum there are some of the most beautiful pictures I ever saw, if you all and Pavel ( :D ) don't mind I will continue to post pictures taken with the X100 in the Open Gallery...

Thank you and... see you soon!

Well, that means we will continue to get some views of many beautiful places...great! As for Piemonte, anywhere you point a camera is good enough for me...

It's a good idea, because even though everyone here likes Ricoh equipment, everyone is also taking a look sometimes at what the other cameras can do - and it helps if a Ricohnian can comment on how they compare to the our most-liked gear..

Nice to see your work again Gab!
I have not been very active myself recently, but promise to try harder in future. ;)
Best of luck with whatever life is bringing you at the moment, and Happy Easter when it arrives!!
Andy
