Can someone advise how do I set the hyperfocal distance, for say to shoot from 2m to infinity?

Hi Jeremy and welcome here. According to the DoF calculator, the GRD needs to be set with f3.2 to get the hyperfocal distance from 2m to infinity. For more details and other distances check this page...

GRD4 .006
Hyperfocal Distance
4.0 ---- 4.9' -- 1.5 Meters
5.6 ---- 3.28' -- 1.0 M
8.0 ---- 2.4' -- .76 M
11.0 ---- 1.7' -- .54 M
You can see that at 5.6 focused at 1 meter or 3.28' the DOF will be from 1/2 meter to infinity.
I set snap at 1 meter, f/5.6 shutter as needed, manual exposure...auto ISO and you now have the best street camera, bar none.
I know I shoved a lot of info here but this is what the GRD's are about.
