Hey!
My name is Thomas, I'm almost 50, I live in the South of France and I recently became the proud owner of a Ricoh gr iiix.
I hadn't held a digital camera in my hands for a good fifteen years... I usually shoot with half-frame to large-format film cameras. So this is a huge unknown for me...
At the moment, I'm a bit lost in the menus and looking for the settings that will work best for me when shooting on the street.
I'm sure I'll be bothering you with my questions!

Hey, with the gr's, its almost easier to do it on auto first and little by little to adjust the settings according to what you figure out yourself. I actually shoot mostly in P mode, the standard colour mode or bw, raw+jpg fine, trying to have it simple and so on. Just take your time as there is a ton of settings available. There are several Yt videos about this, but I dont like watching those, so i set it up in smaller pieces.
