Hi,
This is a premature introduction, as I won't recieve my new GRD IV till next week some time as it's been ordered, yep ordered, not bought across the counter. I went into the store turned on their display model and just rifled through the menu like I'd owned it for ten years. I left addicted, so here Iam.
As well as working I am busy with studies at the moment, so the only personal time I've had is online, looking at other peoples GR pics. It's been a nice little escape and a welcome relief to experience different parts of the world through other peoples Ricoh camera's. I like drawing and making art, so I've always been into the 2d 'image'. Camera's have until recently been more of a secondary imaging device. Currently I'm inspired by several Japanese flikr and youtube posters.
I carry a K5 with 1.7 50mm SMC and 28mm SMC in my day pack and really like old manual lenses. A trashed but handy G9 with lens and sensor stains lives under my car seat.
Cheers.
