Hi. I recently purchased a GR Digital 3 for my street photography. I have Parkinson's Disease and it seems to be the only compact I can hold effectively enough. Hope you like the posts which will follow in the street photographs section in the future.

I am 56, I live in Essex and have a passion for street photography.....although I will shoot anything which catches my eye.

I own an EOS50d and a number of lenses, A Lumix LX3 and a Lumix GF2.

The GRD3 is an astonishing camera and I adore it. It goes everywhere with me!

Hi Petach and welcome.
Can I ask, do you have the "slow" type Parkinsons? I ask as my brother has this type.
He still uses a film DSLR but has a cheapie Canon compact I often see him bring out.
I am a like you with "anything which catches my eye"

Hello mate, I hope it is slow! I have had it probably since 2005 and it mainly affects my left hand. I also have slight balance issues. I sleep badly at night too. As long as I can take pictures I don't care. Can't remember what they call my PD but I think it is a "no known cause" type.
Cheers
