Gxr repair in southern California?

Hi everyone!

My up down dial is dead and all I can use is the auto mode now which sucks!
Anyone know where I can repair my gxr in so.cal??

Sorry you've not had any help so far....hopefully someone will hear of your plight soon ;) ......Not much we can do down here in Oz, obviously... :(
 
One of our site sponsors popflash sell Ricoh in the USA and may be able to help with some contacts to help repair.
I'd suggest they may not want to take on the repair for you but could help out with where you can go to get help.

Hi ferdinand05. I'm sorry I somehow overlooked your posts. Tim is right. Criscam is an official Ricoh service facility for the US customers.

Here you can ask for repair:

Select these options:

I've not had good luck with C.R.I.S. repair, I *do* wonder if one is allowed to send it to a known good repair service out of the U.S...?
