GX100 failure

Hi fellows, I need help for my GX100.
I switched on the camera and the lens was not able to come out totally. When I tried to switch off, the lens was not able to get back totally. So the GX is standing "between on and off". It's not possible to take pictures, I tried all modes. I took out the battery and the menory card - but nothing changed. Dust or other things in the lens mechanic I can exclude nearly to 100%.
Can it be a software problem? Is a mechanical thing to repair? Is it to advise to trie a Master reset?

Hi Mathias,

My suggestion would be to start with the battery. I don't know whether you are using the DB-60 or an 'AA' type - but the possability exists that the battery is in fact not supplying sufficient current.
