Peter, you caught perfect light here, low in the right direction to the flight of the gulls creating nice sunlit outlines on the front of their wings.

cheers all, very kind. The original looked pretty uninspiring and I was going to delete it. Decided to run thro LR4 which post dates the photo.

Very lovely Peter. Everything seems to be metamorphosing, from the water, to the air to the sky - stones to seagulls to clouds. Reminds me a bit of Escher drawings!
