Wettstein bridge crossing river Rhein in Basel, Switzerland is currently decorated by artwork produced by a group of mentally and physically challenged people in the tradition of the "guerrilla knitting" movement http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guerrilla_knitting. We have the same thing here in Berkeley, CA. At first the police were trying to investigate it, but now they. Just let it go. Now it's something of an honor to be guerrilla knitted.
