Absolutely mint GRD1, w/charger, two batteries and Ricoh GC-1 soft leather case, original box & papers, and all originally included accessories, wrist-strap, cables, etc . Truly like new. Fair questions, It sits more than it's used and it's probably a better camera (for all of its manual settings), than I am a photographer. For the time I've owned it, I haven't taken a great number of shots. I don't have much need for it so have decided to sell. It is, as I've stated - like new. Pls See my feedback on ebay, : blufront

The Warranty: Is for a year from the original date of purchase, and isn't transferable (I checked with PopFlash). Service is - as you know through Criscam. It's about a month and a half shy of that. IF you bought this camera and had an "issue" with it before the next month and a half is up, I'd be happy to send it in for you - but it's working perfectly well now. Besides as these things usually go... It'll continue to work well until the day after the warranty expires, and then it'll break - or if not, it'll probably continue to work well for a good long time.
