My daughter has a digital underwater camera for only 80 euros (Hyundai S800). You can not really expect much but she shot, in my opinion, still quite nice pictures with it:

What do you think?
 
Nice photos. I checked the metedata and even images 2 and 3 which I suspected were flash were Auto/ No Flash. The noise is not bad, though the WB is not consistent.

Very nice pics considering they were taken with 80E camera. Add some contrast & color adjustments and you will get some memorable underwater shots!
